'Self-SponsorED' Skilled Worker Visa
This visa works well for those with business interests overseas, who have either already established a UK entity, or are in the process of doing so. This is a 5 year route to settlement in the UK.
UK Expansion Worker Visa
This visa works well for those with business interests overseas who wish to establish a UK branch or subsidiary of an overseas entity, but do not yet have an operational UK presence. Whilst this is not a route to settlement (max amount of time in the UK is 24 months), it is a route to transfer to a Skilled Worker Visa.
High Potential Individual Visa
This visa works well for family members who have recently graduated from a prestigious university. Whilst this is not a route to settlement (max amount of time in the UK is 24-36 months), it is a route to transfer to a Skilled Worker Visa.
Innovator-Founder Visa
This visa works well for entrepreneurs wishing to establish a new business in the UK; often, but not exclusively, in the Tech sector. The visa permits the entrepreneur to come to the UK to build their business from scratch. This visa provides a route to settlement within 3 years.
Global Talent Visa
This visa works well for those with an arts, sciences or digital tech background who are able to demonstrate exceptional promise or talent including internationally recognised musicians and actors and tech entrepreneurs. This visa provides a route to settlement within 3-5 years.
